Someday

When I think about envying the lifestyle of someone else, the main things that comes to mind is all the traveling my friends have done and I have only been to 7 states (that includes Minnesota and all of the surrounding states). My parents got a divorce when I was 3, my dad liked to travel and my mom liked to stay home. I was not allowed to go on any vacations that would interfere with school and of course that was the time my dad would travel. All of my friends would tell me about going to Disney Land and how much fun it was and I would never get to tell them my exciting stories about any places I have traveled. When people talk about seeing an ocean and I tell them I haven’t seen one, they give me a look like you are kidding me, who hasn’t seen an ocean! I can’t wait until the day I actually get to see the ocean or go to Disney Land. When I have kids, they will be able to experience these things when they are growing up so they can have the stories to tell their friends.
